After breakfast, I hiked around the lake and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Talked with the couple I met coming into the park. They lived in Alaska for over 20 years while he was in the Army. They were going up to visit friends and enjoy the summer. They now live close to Yosemite National Part near one of their children. They plan to spend about a month in the Seward area so we may meet again.
After they left, I spent time writing and praying the Divine Office and my prayers. After lunch, I went to the showers and got cleaned up. It felt so good.
Tomorrow morning (Tuesday) I will break camp and head up the road continuing the trip to Alaska. Getting excited again!
